He Loves Me Print
Kiazi is the youngest female chimp at the OKC zoo. I saw her adorable picture and used the photo as my model for this painting. I wanted to show her playing the game of chance, wondering whether
He loves me or, he loves me not.
What an amazing realization it is to know that each of us is loved! Even when we were young and frail, before we contributed at all, the idea of us caused warmth in God’s heart. He prepared a place for us and gave us a lifetime of experiences to discover His love and our worth.
This print is on 12×12” paper and comes in a white mat that is ready for a 16×16” frame. I have added light blue glitter to the words on every print to replicate the original as closely as possible. Each piece is numbered and signed.
This piece is from my collection “The Art of Commitment” The series was born out of my consideration of the commitments God has made to us, and the commitments I have made as a wife, mom, friend, and community member.
