Slow and Steady Painting
Slow and Steady is a mantra in my head these days as I look to the future of my small business. I want it to be one that blesses me and the community. In my third year as a full time artist/gallery owner I realize the never ending and sometimes chaotic pace of the last 3 years is not sustainable. It’s time to focus, take one intentional step at a time and down shift from hyper drive. My clients have shared my work, invited their friends and blessed my socks off these last 3 years and now I feel a great business base has been established and I look forward to the future!
The turtle wins the race in Aesop’s fable by taking slow but intentional steps, unlike the speedy rabbit who is unfocused and arrogant. This 30×30” acrylic on canvas painting is an original piece by Katherine Sanders
